Bringing together the power of coaching, walking, fresh mountain air, beautiful scenery and small group support, this Austrian retreat will give you much needed time and space to reflect on what you really want from your career or wider life.  

With the support of 2 nature-loving coaches (Tracey and me!), this inspiring location will help you to: 

  • Explore where you are now vs. where you want to be 
  • Understand more about what holds you back and ways to overcome this 
  • Create meaningful plans for your future, short or long term
  • Feel energised to make change happen 
  • Truly take time out for you

Mountain walks and chilled out evenings are accompanied by the chance to try e-biking and cold water swimming. We even spend one night in a mountain hut, for that extra sense of adventure and escape! In this small group, we move at your pace. It’s all about giving you the time to disconnect from your busy life, so you can reconnect to the true you.

On the Walk Your Path journey:

  • Gentle movement and stretching help you start each day positively, both physically and mentally
  • Walks in the mountains are a chance for both quiet reflection time and discussion, with prompts from your coaches to use your surroundings for inspiration
  • Thought-provoking self-reflection exercises get you thinking more deeply about where you are now and where you want to be, with a different theme running through each day
  • Exhilarating outdoor activities will leave you full of energy and confidence
  • Fully catered accommodation and meals mean more time for you and a chance to truly relax
  • Free time every day allows you to do what you need to do to re-energise, whether that’s time alone or chatting to your fellow retreaters; reading in the garden or doing some crafts.

In detail, you’ll get:

  • 6 night’s accommodation, in your own double room with shared bathroom
  • Breakfast, lunch and dinner each day
  • 2 experienced coaches
  • Daily mountain walks
  • An overnight stay in a mountain hut
  • A chance to try cold water swimming (optional)
  • An e-bike ride
  • Guided daily stretching/movement each morning
  • Group coaching session each evening, focusing on a different topic each day
  • Plenty of free time in the afternoons to chill out – alone or with your fellow retreaters

To get the most from this retreat, you need to:

  • Feel ready to put time and energy into your personal development. We won’t be giving you the answers and telling you what to do. We are here to inspire, motivate and challenge your thinking… but you need to do the work!
  • Embrace the power of getting outdoors and be open to trying new things. We hope that this retreat will inspire you to continue to get outdoors more in your day to day life!
  • Be relatively fit. As a rough guide, you should be comfortable walking for at least an hour on unsurfaced mountain paths. The pace won’t be fast and we will have frequent pauses for reflection (or just to admire the view!).
